When we sing the Psalms, the words that are placed before us by the Church are supposed to awaken all the deepest powers of our being and raise us up to God-or rather to show us that, because of the death and Resurrection of Christ, we find ourselves at this very moment in God, Whose Kingdom has come and is waiting to be revealed in us His sons and daughters.
